My method is similar to that used for anxiety and stress. Life’s seasons change, and embracing these changes rather than avoiding them makes it easier to cope. Each transition brings new stressors and experiences. My goal is to help reduce stress by first understanding your unique experiences, then assisting you in developing coping skills, self-care strategies, and mindfulness techniques that fit seamlessly into your life.
